The cargo area is virtually overlooked in lighting from Ford. The Ford Bronco is a great vehicle, but one area for improvement is the factory LED interior lighting in the cargo area. The existing lighting doesn't provide enough usable illumination for the rear cargo area. ORACLE Lighting has developed an integrated cargo light module to easily add a bright LED light to the rear hatch cargo space and the area around the vehicle! This Ford Bronco cargo light uses the vehicle's existing 12V power source and simply replaces the factory wiper motor cover. Installation is simple.

What's the best hard-wire install option? I assume the wiper motor doesn't have steady power, just a long switchleg running back to it. Maybe still have to run that wire to the 12v socket but pop off that back side-panel and splice in behind the cig lighter?

I live in phoenix... that tape holding the wire... will not last a single summer. Have to look at other options there too.

That all said - the product is great; probably pick one up and figure out the wiring.

I used this for the contact switch one I installed that @Rosalieee mentions...

Makes for a much cleaner install.

I live in Phoenix and have this unit installed. The adhesive works fine. I park my rig outside. I'm happy to show it off to you in person if you want to check it out. Just DM me.

How much bigger is this than the wiper cover it replaces? 2dr already has little enough room. I don't want it to hit the cooler I keep back there

We're running it on our 2 door and I don't really notice it. It isn't a much bigger footprint than the wiper housing cover.

Looks like a great option. I would do this if I didn't already have a full custom hardwired lighting solution under my steel enclosure lid.

Now my passenger Oracle flush taillight is freaking out and only portion of it is not coming on. Doesn't seem like a wiring issue so far, and wondering if the LED chips are already bad at only just over a year old. Not sure if the "1 year" warranty is extended when I registered them at purchase? Maybe Oracle can chime it to help. 😐 @ORACLE Terry @ORACLE Lighting

But again, love that this is a button switch for cargo light. Maybe I'll still get one for the main cargo area above the steel enclosure. ✌
