I was wondering if there are any threads that can help show me where the forscan code is changing the needed code for a 6.5 in rear speaker

best of the available full range but if you add a key 200.4 doesn't matter. i would go that route if you didn't.
This!! Forscan for audio is a waste of time

What does you statement about waste of time even mean?
There is no significant improvement with Forscan changes only. I played with all of them and the only improvement was to upgrade.

So the Kicker Key 200.4 is powering both sets of front speakers and the rear pods with full range? I did not know it worked this way and I didn't dive into the wiring specifics of the Bronco before I started making upgrades; I'm at the point of planning my rear pod modifications

That is a good start but best if you can add a sub as well and a line converter. Read my thread here.
