I've seen the same thing when I do manage to get up to 10 mph while off-roading. It will go to the blue screen then after a bit will give me a 'camera not available' message for a minute and then eventually go back to the main screen.

When I don't get up to 10 mph it will stay on the camera until I reset it.

Yup! Sometimes mine won’t even go back to the main screen. It’ll go back to the camera even after it shows Unavailable. 😒 It also will show to contact dealer.

It goes off if shifted out of 4L but we stay in 4L for the trails we were running. Today it eventually went to a blue screen, then solid black and back to the main infotainment. It was a good 10 minutes before it did that. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was simply annoying so was seeing if it was normal.
Can you DM your VIN? I would like to look at your VHR and current level software.

Just went wheeling for the first time, the reverse camera got stuck on in 4L as described. Stopping and restarting the motor seemed to help

Happened to me today. It was fine in 4L until I backed up a little to change trails because of a down tree. I did use trail turn assist when I made the turn. After that it alternated between reverse screen and camera not available. Turning off and on did not resolve. Only corrected when put back to 2H, even though i got up to 20mph on part of the trail. I need to make an appointment for an oil change so I'll mention that.

For those asking for a fix, I haven’t disappeared, just had back to back trips.
It goes to the dealer Tuesday. I’m not expecting answers from them.

Update… My bronco goes back to the dealer on the 8th. They’re doing trial and error programming under the direction of Ford. Apparently Ford also has a bronco there that is doing the same thing and is trying the programming on it also. So I’m hoping for a fix in the near future.

The Ford rep on this forum contacted me and started a claim ticket. She was very nice and involved. But I didn't have time to take my Bronco in after it had just happened once. Then last weekend, it happened again. So I guess I'll let them investigate mine too. I can get it to turn off the backup camera if I turn the truck off and back on.

Ford is supposedly going to push out a software update to fix the issue.

That would be great. I was worried it might be hardware related, a sticky interlock or such.

Had the same thing when I took mine out for the first time. Hoping the OTA update fixes it.

Mine is doing this and I've noticed the oitside temp reading gets stuck at whatever temp when this happens.
