After having the new cluster for a little while, I finally had time to try and make this swap work.

I haven't had a lot of time to go through everything or look in forscan to see what else I may be able to change/adjust on it, but overall I'm thrilled with the results.
This cluster (IMO) looks a million times better.
Everything is functioning as it should. All the goat modes work flawlessly.
Honestly the worst part of the whole cluster is that it shows a moar door for its goat mode transition images 🤮 Hoping there's a way to change that, but considering I used a Stroppe VIN for programming, I'm guessing there isn't (Thanks Ford)

How long did it take you to get this far?
Just a few hours on Friday. It was actually pretty easy. Took less time to program than it did to get the old cluster out.
I had a slight issue adjusting the miles, but I think that was my fault and was able to fix it after messing with it for a few minutes today.

I'm waiting for the new cluster bezel trim piece since this new digital one uses the same one as the Braptor digital cluster now, then I'll mess around with it more and give any updates.

This is AWESOME! I am sure tons of folks are going to be doing this with their 21-24 models.

Question - Do you get any additional gauges (like oil pressure) with the new cluster? My guess is no.

Unfortunately no. It appears to have the same gauges as before.
It’s arguably worse because now it doesn’t even tell you the actual temperatures, it’s just a gauge.
But this is something I plan to see if any changes are possible when I get time.
Either way, still well worth the new layout in my opinion.

Well that's gonna suck for the manual trans people that use the tach to know when to shift (being on the left), and yes, I still see people that do it that way vs. the feel of it.

Now how about a version with real gauges and less electronics to go bad? 🤷‍♂️

Oh wow I wouldn’t have noticed had you not pointed it out, but yeah that’s … not optimal. Doesn’t look like any of the parameters have actual numbers except Speed.

Yeah I’m sure it’ll still warn you with the actual temperature if one of them is close to or actually overheating. But it sure would be nice to have the actual temperature at all times.

Or Volts. Or Boost. Or even RPM - but that gauge is big enough you can make a reasonable guess

It does look way better than the PlaySkool one though

Yeah I know some people don’t like the left tach, but that’s where I prefer it whether it’s manual or auto. My corvette is manual and on the left too and I have no issues seeing it.
