Bronco vs. Deer

So I hit a deer doing 70 mph this morning. Not a great way to start the day! Gotta wait till Monday for the auto body shop to open.

I’m in Bremerton. This was near Gig Harbor

You could probably still get a good shoulder mount out of it with a good taxidermist and definitely take the back straps!

***Glad you are okay and big game collisions are the worst! Never have any proof of insurance on them.

Yea hit the “shit out” of the deer

OOF ! That sucks - here in PA that happens regularly, makes me re-think the capable vs mod bumper for when I get bumped to 2023... then putting a "bull bar" on ... The Bronco did it's job and you walked away, so that is good. You might also be able to salvage the backstraps out of that deer, but not much else. Really sorry for you !

From PA here as well. This would be about the only bumper I have seen for the Bronc that would help in this situation.

but major props to the Bronco community… a guy with a bad ass First Edition saw me stopped from the other side of the freeway and turned around to make sure I was good!
