When was your blend date?
The first one is the only one that works for me. The second link would give me an error after I put my Reservation ID and login info. At this point Im just hoping its just Ford's laggy emailing system thats the reason why I have yet to receive the built email.
Anyone know if the tow package has to be sent to the mod shop or is that done on the factory line? I'm guessing that's why I have not gotten the built\shipped email yet.
I have the tow package, and I don't think I went to the mod shop. Built on the 4th shipped on 6th early morning.

Hmm. The second one is the one that you get to if you click on the My Reservation button from the original online reservation you made at Ford.com. It takes you to a place where you have to login with a Ford account. If you didn't do those things then perhaps that's why it doesn't work? At a minimum, you could probably try clicking on the My Reservation button to see if you can get there that way.
Edit: The button is on the email you get from making the online reservation.
