I lucked out and the chat agent gave me the ETA. She confirmed it was the date when the truck would arrive at the dealer and it's likely they'd need some time to prep it, so not exactly my pickup date but still a good milestone.

lucky you. the agent i talked to basically told me they cant help me and i either need to talk to my dealer or follow the tracker. what a time to be alive...

Just got an email from Woodhouse of Omaha that my Bronco was built on 3/1 but he said that there is no shipping info with estimated delivery sometime during the last 2 weeks of March.

Thank you, it worked with Edge. I was able to confirm mine has been built and it should be arriving around the end of the month. Not in transit yet.

1218/2179 can no longer stand the suffering from Ford's silence any more this morning. It was 03/02 when I got the BCE, then nothing after nothing. Called 800-334-4375 and requested chat simultaneously, each took a few attempts, but got connected one after another. Too busy. I mean me. Both gave me 03/11.

First of all, I was asking about chip / top holds. Answer: "We've past that". Cheers !

800 said 03/11 will be the day it is ready for the transit. So, expect delivery next week.

Chat told me 03/11 is ETA. I asked what is ETA, although I had a guess. Answer: "Estimated time of production". I said I am confused. A cannot stand for "production".

After some back and forth lines, "Estimated time of arrival". I am 70 miles from the plant. BUT, IT IS AN ESTIMATED TIME, ESTIMATED.

Game changer for me Check out this chat. Just tried the app this guy created and got more info than the darn tracker stuck in “ in production” and mods with 3 alpha tear tag. This app gives me a freight number that is pending implies that I’m about to ship.

Wasn't able to check status all day on the computer (Edge/Chrome) but it worked on my phone (which has never worked before). No bother though, because it's finally BUILT!

Update - sales guy says EDD 3/24 - 3/28 west coast (by rail).
