Hello,

(have it capped in the loudest position and it's still so quiet, no drone at all)
Ford Performance Pro Cal Tool (tune netted +25 Hp across the board)
Still waiting on Ford to unlock the calibration for the 24' Broncos so my tuner can put his tune in said Bronco

Ditched the OEM Bronco Grille for a Bronco Raptor Grille
I think that about covers it!
Next stop, MOAB and parts unknown.

Video of said Bronco making +25 HP :ROFLMAO: across the board from stock using the just released ford performance pro cal tool.
Dyno run was done on 35" Tires.
What's that you say? Bronco dyno run not loud at all?
Well, I got your fix!
Second video is of my Mustang making 840 rwhp, have a nice day!:D

I thought about painting it, but I like the matte black look better, but that's just me. 😊

The Icon Stage 8 is a great choice! I don't think there is a better suspension available.

Hows the Badlands (4.46?) gearing with the 37s installed?

It feels the same as the 35's I had before I swapped to 37's.
Mainly I think because I now have the ford performance pro cal tool that was just recently released for the 24' broncos and was able to program in for the 37" tire size plus the pro cal tool increased the power +25 hp and I think there was improved transmission shifting programed in as well.
The bronco feels lighter driving around with the little bit of extra power and it definitely is more stable and feels more planted to the ground with the 37's
My next upgrade will be 4.88's because I just ordered this yesterday.😎
ultimate-drive-package-advantek-dana-44-fdu-with-spicer-extreme-half-shafts-and-ultimate-dana-60-eld
Can't wait for that to arrive!:D
I'll be prepared for MOAB for my late March trip.

You will need a new driveshaft with that drivetrain (I have the 5.38s). With Spicer that is their 1350 driveshaft. The driveshaft you should buy is one from Adams driveshaft especially considering that you have a 2 door. Recommended that you search for Adams drive shaft here for more info.

One more recommendation- sell your billet rear upper link and purchase the Rock Krawler triangulated 4 link conversion. Doing this requires cutting the factory control arm points on the Dana 60 and welding in as truss that then connects new uppers with a bend in them back to the stock upper link connection. The reason you do this at the same time is so that you don't have to drop and raise the axel again to do the upgrade. The reason to do this is to eliminate rear bumpsteer and you get to get rid of the trackbar. Off road this gives much more flex than having the rear uppers and lowers parallel such that they can bind under articulation. I posted a thread called first triangulated 4 link on a Dana 60 that you might find interesting.

I would also consider whether 5.38 gearing might be a better choice. I'm running the Icon stage 8 with the same Dana 60 on a 5800lb 2 door. It is a rocket. If I had the opportunity to go one gear deeper I would. If you go with the 4.88 you will be happy but you won't feel any performance improvement from a 35" Sasquatch on a 4.7. 38" x 12.5 tires are only 4lbs more per tire than 37"s. You might end up trying them in the future but that will decrease your torque.

Congrats on your build to date! You are going to appreciate having digressive shocks so much more now that your putting some weight on. Even with weight on the roof and with a rear cargo box taking turns at speed doesn't cause much body roll.

Thanks, my build to date has been a fun but yet "very expensive" journey.
I like the process of upgrading my vehicles.

I went with the Spicer 1350 driveshaft for now, once I get the D60 installed I'll know what length for the Adams driveshaft to order when I call to order one.
Also, part of the pkg deal was the Steer Smart Trac Bar specifically for the D60.
As far as the triangulated 4 link conversion, well... maybe later down the road.
I weighed my Bronco the other day, 5367 lbs. w/ full tank of gas.
I'm going with 4.88's , my Bronco was born a non-sasquatch, mid pkg w/4.46's, I think I'll feel some performance improvement w/ 4.88's over 4.46's.
I'm sticking with 37" tires.

I checked out your thread about "first triangulated 4 link on a Dana 60"
That's a badass hardcore setup, no doubt!
