@flip & @Ducati1098 maybe one of you guys knows if this is the correct TSB or not. I've been noticing last few oil changes I've been getting less than 6 quarts out of the engine. More like 4-5 quarts. Finally did some research today and found the TSB listed above, pertaining mostly to older 2.7's, but could also be true with mine.

Do either of you know if this is the oil consumption bulletin pertaining to the cylinder head valve guides? If so is it worth it for me to bring in to the dealer? I assume with a TSB it'd be covered. If not do I just start adding oil as needed? Sitting just over 93k miles as it is. Engine has been running fine all along.

That TSB isn't for Broncos, only older F-150s. So there wouldn't be anything in common with that repair or concern.
If you have ESP, bring it in and tell them you have an issue with oil consumption and they can do an oil consumption test. Depending on the failure it may be covered by ESP.
However if you don't have ESP, it would all be customer pay.

Yep, no ESP. Thanks for letting me know. I'll just have to keep an eye on the oil consumption.

I have noticed the same with my 2.7l. Always a quart low when I change the oil, even though I overfill by 0.5qt because Ford engineers don't know how dipsticks work, or can't document it, probably need more meetings and updates to infotainment to figure it out or something. Maybe more MBAs at Ford. I digress.

I have been told that this amount of oil consumption is normal for the Ecoboosts but I watch it constantly. Never before have I had an engine with that much oil consumption unless it was an engine with over 150k miles. My 2.7 is at 21k right now.

Like a dutiful forum poster, you provided incomplete information. You didn't mention anything about mileage between checks, if you are following the periodic routine specified in the manual, what mods you have made, how you have been driving, ... So, it's all speculation at this point.

The 2021 Bronco has an oil pressure sensor, but it does not have an electronic oil level sensor in the base trims (indicated in your profile). So, there’s no early “low oil level” alert. By the time a sensor alert is thrown, you would be down about 2 quarts, near below the sump level, and in danger of a seizure. That’s why Ford stresses manual dipstick checks at every fill-up, or at least every 500–1,000 miles. Are you getting any alerts? Are you sure you are measuring accurately? Including the filter?

Officially, Ford considers up to 1 quart per 3,000 miles to be normal consumption. If consumption is greater than 1 quart per 1,000 miles, that generally is considered excessive and should be investigated by the dealership. Ford considers it normal to burn about ½ quart between 5,000–6,000 mile oil changes. Anything more than a quart every 1,000–2,000 miles is outside spec and worth getting checked.

Of course, driving style (towing, performance driving, etc) will affect your consumption too.
