Trailrax TRMR installed

I got my @TrailRax TRMR installed yesterday and it is everything I was hoping for. First let me say that @TrailRax does an outstanding job packing the product for shipping. I originally thought I ordered the wind deflector with the light bar cutout but later realized I didn't. I think it will work out for now because I am still a few weeks away from getting my @Baja Designs 40" S8 light bar with the Blaze Off-Road Back Bone Wiring harness to connect to my Garmin PowerSwitch so now I don't have to wait. I did also end up ordering the wind deflector with the cutout so I will be ready when everything else comes.

That or Power tank makes a great mount. As long as you are mounting near the pak rax support arms it will be a strong place to put it but keep in mind the added width you will be putting on your Bronco with a 5lb propane tank. It is not as slim as a 2/4 gallon rotopax.

The width is a concern I have. I may find an alternative for the propane and go with my original plan of adding a 3 gallon rotopax for additional fuel on the water side. Any plans on coming out with a light bracket for something like the @Baja Designs rock light that can be mounted to the side rail of the TRMR?

Yep, definitely in the plans. We are working with a few different brands with rock lights to make sure the mount is as universal with a multitude of rock lights as possible.

Finally got my @Baja Designs 40” S8 light bar and also added amber Heretic Designs rock lights to their 45 degree mounts for some scene lights.

Anybody looking to add a light bar, scene lights and chase lights to your @TrailRax TRMR, I would recommend looking into the Blaze Offroad backbone harness.

It allows you to run one harness down the windshield which has 4 switch wires and one ground that I connect to my Garmin PowerSwitch. The harness then connects pigtails for your light bar, scene lights and chase lights on the roof. So for my setup I have a pigtail for my @Baja Designs S8 that has 2 switch wires 1 for main light and 1 for backlight. I then have a pigtail for my pair of Heretic Studios rock lights which uses 1 switch and I will eventually have 1 for a pair of chase lights which will also use 1 switch. You can then use that Garmin PowerSwitch app on your phone or via Apple CarPlay to control your lights

There are two control inputs on the Garmin PowerSwitch which I have one connected to my Aux 1 switch that will turn on both my @Baja Designs LP6 and S8 light bar when I turn on Aux 1. The other control input has a @SPVPARTS headlight harness that provides power to my backlights so when the headlights go on any of my lights with a backlight will turn on.

Moved my traction boards from the very front because when it rained I found that it keep water on the boards and would dump water inside if the window was down.

There are a number of companies that make quick fist riser mounts. Mine happen to be from Xtrusion-Overland that I repurposed when I sold my F150 rack. They don't lock but if I am leaving my Bronco somewhere that I am concerned I will just lock them inside the back.
