I see a lot of post and pictures about the Badlands and Wildtrack but not much on the Black Diamond. I have built all of them out several times and it seems I’m getting the most bang for my buck with a Black Diamond. My must haves for me are 4dr, 2.7, Squach package, MIC and Mid Level trim. For my lifestyle I really like the Marine Grade seats also. One thing I wish I could have is sway bar disconnect. Anyone else thinking the same way? I’m I missing something by not upgrading to the Badlands or Wildtrack?

The only thing I'm wishing I could get on my Black Diamond is the 12" screen but honestly I've never even had an 8" screen; therefore, I think I will be fine. Black Diamond to me is easily the best model. I don't need sway bar disconnect as I'm not going to rock crawling anyway. I'm Velocity Blue Black Diamond, 2.7, SAS, mid pack, mic top, floor liners, etc...

You can’t the high or lux package with Black Diamond. That’s why people including myself aren’t getting it. Truly unfortunate as I love the interior and other specs it has.
Same! Love everything else about it.

Black Diamond was always my first choice. I wanted the marine grade vinyl seats with the wash out floors and I love the blue trim. I won't ever be doing any of the crazy off-road stuff that the rest of you will anyway.

Black Diamond,
4-door,
Area 51,
2.7L,
Manual,
Black Mod top,
Black aluminum wheels,
Roof rack,
Headliner,
Floor liners,
Tow package
Mid package (only 2 or 3 things I actually wanted in this package though)
(and not the advanced 4x4)

Really wish I could have gotten it without the auxiliary switches because I would rather have the holder for my sunglasses.

Probably.......but in the pics they look to be very well sculpted, should keep crap from floating all over the interior (not that it matters as I have two dogs therefore cannot have nice things) and best of all they have BRONCO written on them.
Your dogs have Bronco on them? Talk about invested in a product.

Except that your 2.7 and manual are mutually exclusive.

The call of the 'squatch was too much. My BD build is currently 2.3, mid, SAS,

BN is supposed to be doing a BD walk-around soon
I hope so! On paper it's the best bang for the buck I think.
