Yes. If you take a job like that you have to be ready to hear from upset people. This world isn't all roses and rainbows. I've heard it from many customers i deal with and I I get it so I just move on like you should.

It doesn't take a perfect individual to restrain yourself from venting at a customer service rep who not only has nothing to do with the issue at hand but also has no options available to them to fix it. You knew that going in, which makes it even worse. You knew there was nothing they could do to help you, but you made that call anyway.

Oh went by the dealer for the gift they had for me...don't know if you all remember that from 2 weeks ago or 120 pages back! LOL!
My salesperson got to go to the off-rodeo I guess they had a couple of days aside for dealers to attend and she picked up an Bronco Off-Rodeo hat for me...actually she picked up one for every one of their Bronco orders! So super cool and I am rocking it now!
Also they had there OB dealer unit and we finally got to see a real live Bronco in person and test drive! Oh man...I am so in love. Helped offset the push to fall delivery. Highly recommend all of you find one and drive it.
