First Edition Bronco bumped up to 7,000 production limit!

Maybe they oversold and maybe they offered the extra 3500 to dealers. Could be either. They had to be getting a lot of pushback from dealers. Especially if we are allowed to switch dealers. Could even be tied to selling a reserved one. You get an extra allocation for an FE is you sell a reserved one or something like that.

I doubt that they sold exactly 3500 extra. So some of them must be going to dealer lots.

I try to reserve it as soon as I receive the email. It did not allow me to. Still shows as unavailable to reserve. I tried again a few minutes ago hoping that it was just like crashing

It’s still sold out. All 7,000 units are reserved already.

if i can change the interior, i'll stick with the FE-- otherwise, ill downgrade.

If I learned one thing from the military, it was GET IT IN WRITING. Otherwise, it is just a rumor. So, hope that the "insider" is right, but you would think that Ford could just say "We will offer "X" number of interior options on the Bronco FE". If not for me, do it for my wife! She is tired of hearing me mope and worry about it!!!!

I already knew I wasn't the only one since the thread so other MD residents, but I agree that I don't want to see them all over. Part of the fun is to get something unique and that I won't see parked next to me except at a Bronco event!!!! But I am with you! The interior is the real deal-breaker. I can't have the wife saying "Why did you spend all this money for an interior you don't like?" She is really supportive, says that I deserve to get what I want, but make sure I love it.

Forgot to ask you a question alot of people are wondering about: is the factory keyless entry option one of those stick-on ones that the new Ford Ranger has? If so that is no bueno lol.

I definitely wish the production number was kept to only 3500, but this news really doesn't change my plan. I want the FE for the truck that it is. It'll be a blast to drive, and it's still gonna be pretty special. Navy interior and all......
