AR | RUTS : Ruggedized Utility Trail Sights
Accessory #3. Some of you have asked for it and we're doing it! We're taking the OEM's mixture of plastic and metal and cranking it to 11! The RUTS will be the foundation of a line of accessories that I think will become the Swiss Army Knife for mounting and stowing of readably available off road or overlanding gear. We'll forgo the plastic cap for full billet construction and really anchor it to the inner fender for really robust support. I'll retain a lot the OEM look with the nuanced BRONCO grill look to the opening and mechanical hardware, but the RUTS will be capable of so much more. Think HiLift jack, Maxtrax, aux lighting, recovery cables, fishing poles, limb risers, GoPro, flag, antenna, lashing locations for a kayak, long boards, paddle boards, canoe ... you name it. If there is a use case for additional mounts or adapters, I'm all ears.
This is a larger and more complex part. I'd love to have it ready for SEMA but that will be an aggressive goal. We'll see.
