Judging by how far away the res is for the radiator I’m not surprised on the zip tie. Looks like doing any maintenance on the bronco would be a challenge. Oil change looks interesting too. Remove the skid plate is my guess on the puzzle.

Looks pretty sus. I would like to think an assembly line worker attaches the washer bottle loosely with the zip tie then further down the line once other panels are around it the washer bottle is secured in place and the zip tie is just left in place but it sure looks like a duct-tape solution to an overlooked engineering problem.

My God you people are a half-empty lot. Think of how easy this will be to fix. I got zip-ties and electrical tape all over the place. I've got a bucket of plastic pop rivets I need to use too so I'm hoping they didn't get all fancy and use metal bolts everywhere.

Oil changes on the Ranger are a royal PITA. You have to remove the tire as well as part of the inner fender liner to get to the filter.

Just picked up my new Bronco last Friday. Noticed a zip tie appearing to partially support the windshield washer bottle. Anyone else have this?

LOL - how shade tree is that. Next they’ll be duct taping the roof and fender flares on …

Is that covered under the drive line 5/60K warranty, or just the regular 3/36 warranty. Inquiring minds want to know. :)

Seriously, I'm guessing that falls under the catagory of "You had one job to do". And that was to cut that thing off before the truck left the assembly line.
