Finally got @Dirtriders custom (Raptor) upfitter jbox installed.

It's a nice, functional and well designed solution. Great attention to detail. Although my wiriing isn't exactly the cleanest, it's all safe/secured/sheathed/etc.

Prior, I had used some single pin Deutsch connectors to have the same quick change feature I now have in a much cleaner way. There wasn't really any good way to keep this prior "rats nest" tidy. Here is all the crap I got rid of.

Hyperco 2" lift HD Springs (Rears Only):

I kind of got 3 birds with one stone here. Removed spring collars (kind of a temporary/hack fix anyway), leveled the rear (vs. front) and now have springs more appropriate for my load and largely corrected the listing.

Small addition, but one, I've been searching for. I know someone made 3d printed versions of these at some point, I believe, but Big Blue squashed that.

Looks like they turned around and licensed Tufskinz to do it. Gives a nice little pop to the rear brace with the top off.

I wouldn't run that much additional weight in that location without a set of the JCR roof rack reinforcement brackets which route the roof loads into the roll bar.

Not an issue with this one it's not a hanging system. Its built with a bottom rail plate.

Took my rear differential housing skid off, and drained the fluid out.

The cover I cleaned up and had powder coated months ago can finally go on. I reused the original gasket as it was fine, truck has 10k miles on it.

I used new, stainless socket headed capscrews and stainless washers in place of the factory bolts except where there was a standoff from a factory bolt head to locate the harness at the top of the cover. Added 2 quarts of the recommended lubricant.

You know there’s a drain plug in front of the differential cover….

If you noticed, there's a skid in place that blocked access to the forward plug that had to be removed. I was changing the cover anyway so...

Besides, I don't normally drain from that plug and then just fill from the cover plug. I like to remove the cover to get a good swipe below the ring gear in order to see how things are going on in there.

I did a trim mod today, something most would never see or notice. Gel lettering inserts from Tufskinz for the rear interior brace in Iconic Silver to match the paint outside. I used them before to cover the orange BRONCO letters on the passenger side dash face. Very high quality product, die cut for a perfect fit.

Anyway, I recommend removing the brace to clean it and to ensure letters are centered properly, as well as being able to get a good push down on every corner.

Those look great, sets it off nicely!

I did same and other interior & exterior in the Race Red. You can easily add up $hundreds in trim pieces with TufSkinz, but adds a nice touch & splash of color!

The TufSkinz Silicone is outstanding product. Perfect fit and doesn’t fade! Have several on F450 and they still look new after 2 yrs.

Stickerfab fender vent vinyl. Been wanting to get these done for a while now. In person it matches the flares almost perfectly.
