I'm curious about how your solution has held up - does changing just the outside trim (but not the inside trim on the doors) solve the floppy window issue?

Thanks.
The passenger window is getting the floppy rattling again when opening the door. So, looks like I’m going to have to pull the inside door panel and swap the inside door trim for the window.

Alright, I just removed the inner door panels and changed out the inside door trim. Way better after replacing the inner door trim, but still had some rattles on the passenger door. Looking at the stiff triangle pieces at the front of the doors, I noticed my passenger one had a lot more play within it on the passenger side, compared to the driver’s side. I adjusted the front of the passenger window via the adjustment bolt at the base of the door and that made a huge improvement. At some point I think I’ll need to replace the stiff triangle piece on the passenger door as I think that is allowing more play in the window compared to the driver’s side.

I'm not following on having to remove the inside door panel? What piece of trim from the kit required you to do that? I did not need to remove the inner door panel

2 doors are different. No need to remove the door panel.
But for 4 doors you apparently do.

After ~4 years and multiple delays, Ford has finally released a repair for the common window rattle issue that happens over bumps with the windows partially down:

Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a rattle from the front windows with the windows placed in the partially down position and driving over rough roads and/or bumps. This may be due to the interface between the window glass and the body mounted glass run. To correct this condition, replace the body mounted glass runs using the body mounted glass run kit (3 door: M2DZ-9821597-E, and 5 door: M2DZ-7821597-F) which contains updated seals for improved sealing performance.
Do you think it will be the same fix on the 2026? Or will they fix it differently. Like not a kit but engineered differently. So that you can’t use the bolts under the door anymore? Haven’t heard if the 2026 rattles and it’s a deal breaker for me moving forward if they still rattle. Someone mentioned it’s for the seal. So it will fix the rattle driving but not when ya shut the door? Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you.🩶

I would assume this trim is now the standard at the factory.

25+ was built with the updated parts already.
This specific repair was only released to fix the common window rattle over bumps with the window partially down.

It’s possible they made other improvements also though.

Seeing this thread now. I was about to look into getting this done ASAP but for the 4 door is the trim really matte/dull in the front next to the rear glossy trim!? Idk what’s worse.

Not sure if I’d rather keep the shakey windows vs haggling with dealers until I get someone okay with doing the fronts covered with ESP then do the rears out of pocket myself to match.

That said - Has anyone done the rears and is that process require removing rear door panels? What model number is that part (just to confirm that it’s the matte set on newer models not the gloss set on older models)

I had the update to solve drivers front rattle but they created a far worse rattle on right front that they keep stuffing foam into over lastbywo visits ...total incompetence.

The weather is turning nice, had the windows half down last week and they were rattling severely.
Drop the Bronco off at the dealer to see what could be done. Had to leave it there overnight, They had the kit overnighted and had it repaired by noon the following day. I’ve been driving around with the windows halfway down and the dreaded rattling is gone.
Hurray for Ford!
Covered under warranty.

I bought the 4 door kit a few months ago for $225. I just finished the install and test drive. No more rattles. Only a slight difference in the outer trim finish from front to rear. Definitely not enough to worry about.
