Window rattle?

2023 Bronco Raptor. Door were off most of Fall. When I put them back on a few weeks ago, the rear left window rattles horribly. If I roll down the window even a half inch, the noise goes away. Rattle occurs all the time - even on smooth surface streets. Doors were stored securely and never dropped/damaged.

I took the door off and remounted it. Issue still happening. Any ideas?

There are alignment screws on the bottom of the door. Could they have possibly come loose?

Not sure if it’s same issue or not, but my 23 Raptor started rattling same way in drivers door and would go away when I rolled window down about an inch. For mine, it was the cable that operated the door handle or the window and the little keeper clip that holds it in place inside door was vibrating against door skin. Placed a small piece of felt tape between it and inside door skin. Solved it for me. Needed to remove door panel and pulled back plastic dust cover to access it.

I currently have this issue on my passenger front door. As @Dan-O stated it appears mine is the cable and the keeper as well. I did try the alignment bolts on the bottom at first and it definitely helped but the culprit I believe is that cable vibrating against the inner door skin. Pulling the panel off isn’t hard. Just be careful when pulling off the inside handle cover if you use something to leverage between it and the panel the “pillow soft” plastic will show marks very easily.
