I had been contacted by Ford after posting a video on another thread. Here is my latest comment from that thread.Has anyone actually had this done, and seen it address the rattle issue?
Mine is only doing this on the driver side and yes it’s a violent rattle that is startling / concerning. My black Diamond is a 2022 soft top 4 door. It’s at the dealer now to address the issue. I’ll report back with that they find. My assumption is they say it’s normal, or they can’t recreate it. . I’ll gladly drive the service tech over some bumps and show this issues. My worry is that there is no fix once this happens aside from total door replacement.I'm well aware, '21 Bronco is far from perfect and has some "loveable" defects. That being said, had my front two windows rolled a few inches down and when I rolled over the train tracks holy toledo those things wobbled so hard. Not exaggerating it scared the crap out of me and I am surprised neither broke.
Has anyone else experienced something like this or is this a unique scenario? I think if they were further down/all the way down/all the way up its obviously no problem whatsoever, but being down just a little I had this experience.
