Bigger 12 inch screen. I was going to say "sway-bar disconnect" but with what I know now, I would 100% get Rock Jock front Anti-Sway bar.

I ordered a 2022, Base 2 door Sasquatch in Eruption Green. 2.7, 10 speed. Other options were the modular front bumper, Aux switches, engine block heater, door and top storage bags, swing gate table, rubber floor mats, and rubber cargo mat. I would probably go with the 2.3, rather than the 2.7, just for the money savings, and the wet belt oil pump doesn't fill me with confidence either. I would not buy the factory rubber floor mats, or the factory swing gate table. Better options in the after market.

I would have upgraded to the HOSS 3.0 Fox suspension on my '25 Badlands 4-door. Bilstein turned out to be too harsh for my liking. At the time, the HOSS 3.0 package was an additional 2600.00, or something like that. If I want to upgrade to the HOSS 3.0 today through Ford, it would cost me around 6000.00, parts and labor.

I was buying used, so it made my research and searching more critical. After months of research, i determined I wanted a '24 Badlands 2-door 2.7 with the washout interior and the High/Lux package. I was undecided if I wanted a Sasquatch or Non, so I kept it as a lower priority. I ended up with a '24 Badlands 2-door Non-SAS 2.7 with the washout interior and the High/Lux package. I'm very happy.

I hear that there are other potential wives out there... That would appreciate a man of distinction and wisdom. 😁

While i agree, the trade off of other issues may not be worth it.. And like, honestly, not like shes riding in the back.

Assuming it would not have delayed my acquisition beyond 2022, I would’ve held out for the HD modular bumper.

It was the one thing I gave up at the dealers Strong urging in order to get my bronco sooner rather than later.

I also gave up the paint protection film, but got that installed in a local shop for just $25 more than the factory cost

I would have ordered a Wildtrak instead of the Badlands. I have had the sway bar disconnect error twice. Each time dealer found nothing because it cleared before I could get it to them. Now it is out of warranty, and I dread when it returns.

If i wanted the Ford OEM disconnecting anti-sway bar, i would have done what others have done and added it to my WildTrak with a separate switch so the ECM didn't know it was there.

If anyone ever finds a way to make the Badlands ECM "forget" this is installed, I'm buying it.

I change my mind on this every morning. I started with a Day 1 Black Diamond 2-door—no Sasquatch, just pure utility. Since nobody had seen them in person yet, it was a total leap of faith.

Two years later, I succumbed to 'Sasquatch envy' and traded up for a '23 Wildtrak. It’s a beast, but there’s a part of me that misses the simplicity of my BD and the black steelies. Plus, it’s hard to ignore that my FOMO and Sas envy has doubled my car payment.

I had 4 check boxes, Base, Manual, Sasquatch, Eruption Green.

That is all I wanted and would not change a thing.

I would rethink some of my purchases after buying, but nothing before.

What would I have done differently? Sold it back to the dealer when they offered $70k for it, then ordered another one.

25 base 2 door manual not a single option. Everybody else has nicer Broncos but I really like the simplicity of the base. I added Katskin and a white shifter ball and called it perfect. 70k for a loaded Bronco, not here.

This is a different perspective than most on here: I would have done more research on the ownership experience. I got mine 2.5 years ago so maybe there just wasn’t enough information yet, but I think I’m ready to trade mine in for something else. Some of my reasons:
- the compromise in technology. I feel that the Bronco is still on last-gen tech, maybe due to the utilitarian approach.
- still a bit noisy, even after upgrading my speakers. It’s bearable the majority of the time, but it gets bad at times.
- I am on my 3rd hardtop, and I am seeing signs of cracking on the current one. Since I am about to approach the end of my warranty, I just don’t want to gamble on the next one being fine.
options I am looking at for my next vehicle are Ford Explorer ST, Explorer Tremor Ultimate, and Acura MDX Type S.
