In Forscan, load up the ABS module (easy mode) don't recall the name, but look for the values of the GOAT mode names, they should be grouped together, and then disabled ECO. Its the same as if you were going to enable SPORT mode.
Mine doesn't show easy mode for the ABS module and I'm running the latest version. I just downloaded it last week and got the two month license.

Thanks. You get an award for being the first (to my knowledge) to post those values in a clear, unambiguous manner.

I found the following post by Hatman, but it was too vague for me to rely on it. His comment "But there are also changes you may need to make to 760-04-02." made me hesitate.

He didn't say what the other changes may be nor how he gained his information.

re if you ever got a response for this. On the non Raptor Broncos, the eco mode is programmed together with sand and slippery. On 760-04-03 it is x1xx xxxx xxxx. (In case the font is odd, it’s the number 1 in the second slot. If eco is off that slot would be 0.) But there are also changes you may need to make to 760-04-02.
I tend to be cautious about making changes unless I understand the full implications. Seeing it as an Easy Mode setting makes me more confortable that someone has done their homework.

I used the spread sheet to locate the address, then made changes via easy mode, then loaded up the AS-BUILT section to find the address changes

Here are my screenshots of the two values I gave you

I didn't see any changes to the -02 address

Thanks again, I'm surpised that in almost three years, with all the posts about ECO mode, only you and Hatman have posted the raw values.

I would have done the same and posted the results if I had found an Easy mode setting for ECO mode.

My concern was that Ford might have buried other settings and changing just one could cause a conflict.

Yea I think easy mode is used mostly, and honestly im not an expert in this, easy mode makes this super simple. If anything I want to change isn't in easy mode, I hesitate for sure.

What are modes 3, 5, 7?
no clue, never tried em, this software isn't just for broncos so I imagine it's for other vehicles, enabling them might just not do anything, tho I don't know

OK, that’s what I thought. I’ve always just done the raw xxx.02 etc code, never the “easy”, so just haven’t seen those.

I just removed ECO mode from mine. I have a manual so it didn't do anything useful.

FYI... ECO mode and Sport mode live at the same address and appear to share a bit. So I'm not sure how compatible they are. Just because something displays doesn't mean it works as Ford intended once you start messing with things.

The spreadsheets, and FORScan show data in hexidecimal format. I broke it down to binary to see what was going on at the relevant address. All Badlands Broncos probably have the same As Built settings as I did. You'll see that the bit that gets cleared (set to 0) when removing ECO mode gets set to 1 when adding Sport mode. This may explain problems some are reporting when trying to set all eight G.O.A.T. modes.

The 2026 Badlands come with both ECO mode and Sport mode. I'd like to see the as built settings for 760-04-03 for a 2026. Maybe I'm all wet. Maybe other addresses are involved that aren't documented in FORScan?

I'm only showing the first two letters/numbers. The last two are a check sum that gets set by FORScan so I didn't show the binary values.

Ford Bronco FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!) 1778168176946-wj

edit: I've been thinking a bit more. It could be the true setting for Sport mode without ECO is x3-- (0011) and not xB-- (1011). The B is there because the same address also controls ECO mode. All the other modes seem to need just one bit set to activate them. It would be odd for Sport mode to need two different bits set.
I may explore this later if I get the time.

Hello, does anyone have an updated master spreadsheet they can share? I need to make several basic changes and just looking for a reliable master reference. Thanks

Sure thing, I want to change the following (I may not use the most accurate terminology, but hope it makes sense):
  • Bambi Mode (fog lights "on" with brights)
  • Disable double honk
  • Global windows (driver and passenger side)
  • Disable the factory EQ (I’m adding upgraded Kicker speakers all the way around)
  • Speaker optimization (to recognize the new speakers. Also here, if you have/can suggest which value I choose for the new dash and kick panel Kicker speakers - tweeter, speaker, etc. - that would be really appreciated)
Thanks
