To be clear, I am not talking about the 'engine running, key in vehicle' double honk -- I already have that disabled.
I am specifically talking about a double-honk that occurs when the doors are removed, reattached, and the driver's door is closed.
I've tried key in the vehicle, key out of vehicle, pressing LOCK / UNLOCK prior to closing the door, starting the engine prior to closing the door....
No matter what I do, the first time I close the driver's door after reconnecting it to the vehicle, the Bronco honks the horn twice and it's pretty annoying.
It's hard to find any discussion because every search engine assumes I'm talking about the typical double-honk that applies to every model, not this Bronco-specific 'doors removed and reattached' honk.
