Double Honk … it came back!

So for several months I had double honk removed via forscan. It was definitely disabled and all was well. Last week I noticed it has suddenly come back. Has anybody else experienced this? Was there some sort of recent ford update that disabled this change? That sound is straight from hell. Thanks!

Definitely possible an over the air update could reset some settings. There is also more than one scenario where the vehicle double honks, I can't remember exactly which it is though.

There was an update recently. I have to check if it came back.

I had auto start stop come back after the latest ford update.

I swear I'm going to find the wire that comes from the steering wheel and cut it and run the horn directly off of that........

Ditto. I noticed I had the double honk return today. Per my Ford app the last update was in April. Did you fire up Forscan and see if it was still disabled that way? I was gonna look later this week when I had some time.
