As you can see from screen shot the new 2025 parts are all marked as "Usage: 01/20/2025".
All but one, the evaporator assembly.
By pugging in 2025 VIN into https://parts.ford.com i can see revised parts for MY2025
- the AC duct for center console
- Center Console assembly
- Transmission shifter cover
But, any version of Evaporator Assembly does not say that it was updated for 2025 even though they clearly cutout a hole to let the air flow/updated the air outlet for the center console vent.
What could be the reason? and reason for parts being unavailable?
Definitely, to keep MY2025 inventory moving.
By looking at the picture of '24 BRONCO AC HVAC BLOWER HOUSING BOX on ebay.
which is per ford parts
19B555 - Evaporator Assembly
Evaporator And Housing Assembly Part#: MB3Z19B555BA
If a new damper for MY2025 is not in play, looks like the center console vent part might be detachable & swappable with 2025 one or might just need to cut out in three places.
To be able to check, need to take the whole dash apart since it sits behind the radio.
