I have a 2026 OBX had it for a month and they come with leather. I will first say it depends what you come from. I come from 2015 loaded F150 with leather. These seats are not nearly as good as what I had. The leather is more plastic than leather. Honestly I would have preferred them covered in a paper bag and I would have done Katzskins with Heat and AC Seats.

For me they are mediocor at best but they are a victim to Fords ever lower standards. I know I sound like a hater.. I love the Bronco but Ford lost site of function and creature comforts its not just the Bronco its all manufacturers.

That's one option I think Jeep has correct. I believe leather is only standard on the Sahara (similar to the OBX). Available on the Rubicon, but it's an add on option. Plus it's all leather, not leather trimmed vinyl.
I had a Texas Trail Gladiator and the leather seats were excellent. Whole interior was really. Guage layout and all. Better sound system. But it still drove like a jeep.

So your Bronco is much smoother than the Gladiator? Also happy with the Eibach CO?

I have a buddy who's owned several jeeps, both unlimited and gladiators. He thinks my Bronco is more comfortable to drive and ride in. he's mentioned wanting a Bronco but that's not the vehicle he needs presently.

I have the marine grade seats in my BB, really like them so far...comfortable, easy to clean, have held up well. I would get them again.

I like the vinyl. Really comfortable seats. Yeah they get hot. I live in AZ so I usually keep a towel on the front seats if my top is open.

The seats are pretty awful, even with the optional “luxury” package selected. Get them reupholstered with Katzkin and add the heated/cooled option. (It’s actual cooling via the Peltier effect, not just ventilation)

While you’re in there, ask the shop to upgrade the foam since the covers will be off anyway. This makes a drastic difference in the comfort provided by the seats. For ours we did real leather with suede wings so you don’t have burning points if it’s in the sun.

Bronco doesn’t road walk, more powerful (even with the 4cyl) and yes is smoother on road and off and especially so with the Eibachs. Even though the Gladiator is the best driving Jeep I’ve ever driven, was worried about longevity of the anemic V6. And it just felt under powered.

I'm looking to buy and have noticed that cloth seats seem to only be available on the lower models which seems odd. Higher models list vinyl or leather trimmed vinyl. Any complaints on the seats when it gets hot, or other complaints?

Probably going to get an Outer Banks or Badlands.
I ordered my '23 Big Bend specifically for the cloth seats. Ford's leather is garbage and I felt the Marine vinyl would be too hot and sticky in Florida. I then specified the Mid-package so I have heated seats, upholstered in cloth. I couldn't be happier with them. Comfortable, not hot or cold in weather and are holding up very well in 3 years. Worst case if they start to look ratty, I'll order Katzkin leather covers to cover them up. No idea what trim levels offer cloth in '26but it was my only choice.

I also live in Florida; I wanted a Heritage Edition Bronco in Red or Robins Egg, but the cloth seats were the show stopper for me. I didn't want them AT ALL. Cloth seats can start to stink over time, especially if you have dogs, or are a sweaty human like me. I'm often climbing into the Bronco after a long run in the hot Florida sun, or coming home from a round of golf (I almost never ride in a cart, I prefer to walk). I've been very happy with the vinyl/leather seats in my OBX.

I thought of custom ordering one and getting the cloth. Probably not going to do so assuming I can make a good deal with one that's on a lot. I'll likely live with the vinyl. If I don't like it, I'd probably get Bartact covers. I was going to order them for my Jeep, but ended up getting PRP harness seats.
