The MGV seats (mid trim) are fine as long as you don't take the roof off and leave it in the sun. You can always get some Carhart cloth covers or something. I had cloth on my XLT and could stem them to get sweat and stains out, but the vinyl in the Bronco is easy to clean and sit on wet without worrying about water stains.

I think I have a bit of a unicorn. Earlier this year I pIcked up a 2022 OBX SAS with cloth! They are out there.
Roast or Navy Pier (Luna IYKYK)? Even though the cloth was standard on the OBX, I feel many chose the optional leather seats as a perceived upgrade. Consequently, the OBX cloth seats are infrequently seen. As an aside, the OBX cloth seats were the only seats out of all the trims that was inspired and attempts to mimic the ribbed vinyl seats from the early Broncos.

The Heritage Edition has cloth seats and I wouldn’t call it lower end. If there’s anything you think is missing then just add those options.

Indeed, the starting price on Heritage is higher than everything but Stroppe and Raptor.

Your factory options are limited on HE though. At least SAS and mid package are standard.

I’m a big fan of my cloth seats year round. I have a throw-on seat cover from Duluth to use if I’m dirty or sweaty.

Navy Pier in Velocity Blue. I didn't love it at first but grown on me. Manual seats as well which so fine since I'm the only person driving my vehicle but I am missing the rear arm rest.

I did the Lux seats primarily because I found the manual seat adjustment, with a manual transmission, wasn't comfortable for me.

I've got 6 months and 11k on it now, and I find them very comfortable, but really lack the side bolstering needed to match handling. Might not be so bad with a auto.

Material wise, too soon to tell. I lift my ass up and out of the seat when exiting, rather than slide out and crush the left side bolsters where DS seats get the most wear.

I've lived in AZ all my life and have had vinyl, cloth and leather. There is no way in hell you'd get me back into vinyl on anything other than a boat. Cloth, only with a quality cover like the old USA made Carhartt Covercrafts.

Bartacts that the OP mentioned look interesting, but I'd like to see and feel the material that they are using first. Recovering the stock seats sounds cool if you have the $$$ and time to find a good shop to do it.

The non cloth seats remind me of 1970s Korean cars they're so bad. With the poor bolstering I am very thankful for cloth that grips like Velcro and with no cooling even more grateful for cloth.

Are the Lux seats the exact same seats with leather trim, or are they better seats?

The leather trimmed seats have different foam and bolstering, which I found more comfortable. They are also power adjustable and have more adjustment than the other seats, like the tilt of the base, which to my knowledge isn't adjustable on the other seats. I got them for the padding and adjustment options, not for the seat material.

Power only in the 4 door.

Cloth seat covers over heated vinyl/leather seats won’t affect the seat heaters much.. At the highest setting they get extremely hot. I usually run them at the lowest setting in Minnesota winters.
My wife runs it on 3(max) directly on the vinyl all year even during the summer in Chicagoland. Personally during the winter I do 1(lowest) and then turn it off after 5-10 minutes.

Ok, good to know! So I will try to find one with the 'leather trimmed vinyl' with power. Is that only in the LUX package?

No, I think it's available mid package and up, at least when I ordered mine. I'd recommend at least sitting in the different seats before making a choice but I found these seats are better and not just upholstery difference.
