Sure wish there was a work around for the Strelock Ballistics Calculator. Luckily a guy from the local Bronco Club Forscanned my Bronco into quiet bliss this last weekend. The Stockholm Syndrome is strong though. Everytime I do something that used to cause the Bronco to Bing, bong, or honk, I flinch a little.

Can you provide some more information? Why would an ISP block IP addresses? Can you show some traceroutes or pings?
I think this happened last year sometime iirc, it had to do with the source being Russian or something. So they blocked it as part of the trade block on Russia due to Ukraine.

Plenty of free VPNs out there, should be an easy solution.

Is the ip blocked or just dns? You can update your hosts file if it’s dns.

Admittedly I don't do any business with sanctioned companies or states, but blocking access to SWIFT or closing accounts ain't the same as an ISP blocking access to IP addresses.
Imagine discriminating against someone based on where they live. 🤡

Forscan is a great tool, sorry this has happened to you OP. Like others said, VPN is the move.

The security certificate for the site comes up as invalid which means The site is untrusted. This on my iPad on Fidium Fiber.

So you can connect to their IP address from Spectrum's ISP, you just didn't have a subscription and the server blocked you? No VPN?

their cert doesn’t cover www.forscan.org. If you use forscan.org it’s valid. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t include www. They renewed the cert in February so maybe they forgot.

May sound odd, but are you trying to access through work in any way?
I have a Verizon hotspot issued by my employer. Most sites work just fine but specifically Forscan and Pastebin are blocked for some reason.

You could always just use your phone in 4G mode

I got around it by using a mobile hotspot, which gave a new IP and the subscription renewed. You could also try a different network or reset your router.

Spectrum is probably blocking Forscan's domain in their DNS server since Forscan is in Russia.

You could try changing DNS servers. It will probably be in your router settings.

In this case Google is actually helpful. For more information enter "change dns server" in Google.

Look for information on changing to a public DNS server such as CloudFlare.

You could also bypass the DNS server by using FORSands IP address. Instead of entering forscan.org in your browser enter 31.184.219.50 and see if that helps.
