The cracks/spidering/bubbling showed up a few week ago for me. I am out of my 3/36, which would have covered it, but now I'm on the Premium ESP. My dealer submitted a claim, but Ford denied it saying that it was not covered under the Premium ESP.
1. How can something that is covered by the basic warranty not be covered by the Premium ESP?
2. How is a roof considered a a 'trim' piece?
3. What do I do now ?
