My brand new 2026 Big Bend’s door doesn’t close properly every time and requires an extra push. Happens with the windows done as well and I checked the bolts on the door. I am taking it to the dealer on Friday. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and what to expect as a timeframe to fix.

Thanks

Is the window coming down enough when you open the door? I'm wondering if it's getting hung up on the window. Maybe see if rolling the window down manually and then closing the door has the same issue - that could narrow down the source of the issue. If it still does it, it could be the alignment of the door.
Also double check that your door bolts are nice and tight.

Should be a simple adjustment.

Bolts are tight. Windows are not the issue. Happens when it’s down too.

The striker can be adjusted or the door can be “bent” to adjust the effort. Shouldn’t take long if the tech knows what he is doing.

Cool, How much of a lift is this? The black hood really looks great against the Cyber-Orange.
