Howdy, hey 2 door guys can you help me pick a winch bumper? I want something tight, high, and wont flex frame on hard pulls. Thinking of Ford Mod bumper with winch mount or an aftermarket bumper. Also what frame horn reinforcement kit you recommend.

Don’t won’t something fugly or extremely heavy.

Not a bumper but one of the best setups for a winch on the Bronco. Bad thing is you will need to run a high mount intercooler, but the best thing is it will give you the best approach angle of any of the setups I've seen. Uses a stock bumper. I've seen them on a MOD and a capable bumper.

This was not an option when I was doing my Bronco winch mount so I made my own "winch bumper" by cutting out the center section of a Trail FX/ Barricade bumper (they come with the frame horn reinforcements) and mounted the winch plate with two "L" brackets.

Hello, I'm brand new to this forum so I thought I'd introduce myself and share some of my favorite pics. Newish to the Bronco as well, hasn't even been a year yet but I've already got to go on some fun adventures. Driving to the Oregon Coast is always one of my favorite things to do; before the Bronco I had a Focus, so I had never been able to actually drive right on the beach before. My own backyard here in Alberta, Canada also has great places like Kananskis which was so much fun to drive in the snow. Most recently we did a nice camping trip up to Jasper, which I can't recommend enough. Anyways, nice to meet you all, and love seeing all the two door pics!

Driving on the sand next to the pacific ocean, finally got to try out Sand and BAJA GOAT modes!

Kinda looks better with a bit of dirt?

Driving the Bronco up to Jasper was fire.
🤠
Very nice! Glad you are out enjoying your Bronco!
Great pics!

I‘m no help but went with an expensive JCR aluminum vanguard bumper because of light weight, cooling vents & hi lift slots….I have been happy with it but there are many more options now…tricky dick doesn’t sell his reinforcement anymore but it has done it’s thing on many occasions…good luck!

ADD Rock Fighter is pretty nice. Used ADDs frame horn reinforcements. If you don't have Lux, install would be easy. I was able to fashion my own ACC mount and cobbled together a front camera mount. I also put #10 blind swaged nuts into the cover plates so they can be easily removed for access inside the bumper. Might not be your kind of style or look, but it seems pretty stout and has good approach characteristics. Fresh pic...on the beach now.

I should have purchased the TD reinforcement when it was available. I don't think there's anything out there as solid.
