Great deal on the '25, value on your trade seems a bit low, but in line with the public market data out there. My '23 BB Sas 2.7 4dr is worth about the same on-line and Carvana, despite only having 26k miles. I see them at retail in the low-mid 40s. I'd consider doing what you're doing but will likely try and sell my Bronc privately at about 39k. We'll see if I get any takers. But 11k off the '25 seems like a no-brainer.
