Took a buddy out on a rocky section last weekend and looked over mid-shelf to see him bracing off the door frame. Top was off, so there's nothing back there to hold onto — no A-pillar handle worth anything from the second row, and the paracord ones I've seen just swing around.
Ended up mounting something off the rear headrest bars instead, which is the one anchor point that doesn't care what the roof is doing. Few hundred miles on it so far, holding up.
What's everyone else running for the back seats, especially topless?

While I don't have a 'back there' (you know except for the Dog), the (very inexpensive) paracord handles have served me well.

That overhead MOLLE panel is slick, Terry. Only catch for me is it goes away the second the top comes off, which is most of the summer — that's what pushed me to the headrest bars. Sherman's not far from me, where are you running?

Thanks, that's most recently addition, looking for bags to add and a way to keep a first aid kit up there. They are Aigmux Grab handles, they solved two problems, light and something to hold on to.

I bought these for mine. And they do work in my 2 Door. The screen shot is from Amazon Canada but I know you can find them on the American site. I'm 2 years in with them and no issues at all. Very well made.

I also have the Mabbett handles; they are one of the only ones that would fit and work with my Armadillo top.
I wanted to use the AIGMux handles; they were very well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, they were not compatible with my Armadillo top.

@f1loco :I had a set of those as well, when I put on the Armadillo top because of the top latches location, I needed a handle that had a pull down action.

You guys on this thread are next level, but I do have a suggestion for basic handles that comes from experience: Do not get the Bartec hard grip/cloth strap handles. Nothing against Bartec as a company but hose handles bang against the rollbar constantly when off road. I replaced with simple paracord in the rear, still have the Bartecs up front, they're OK for some reason.
