You Don’t Think About Mud Flaps Until After the Trail

Funny how some things don’t really cross your mind until after a muddy trail.

You get home, look at the sides of the Bronco, and realize just how much dirt and mud the tires can throw everywhere.

It’s not a huge problem, but it’s definitely one of those little things you notice more once you start taking the Bronco out more often.

Mud flaps are probably one of those upgrades that make more sense after you’ve actually needed them.

Yes but not quickly. They have Allen head screws.

I hit a lot of dirt and gravel. Lots of noise, but not many paint dings. It’s a truck. Personally, not worried about it.

I'm not an off-roader. I wanted flaps to keep gravel from dinging up the side of my vehicle.

I was more concerned about throwing rocks than mud, but the mud was an issue too. I hate it when the door handles are all muddy. I don't think I had owned my Bronco for a month before I ordered mud flaps and installed them. I'm more concerned with functionality than looks, so they belong there. I wouldn't even consider taking them back off when not off road.
