That is the reason I decided to change my reservation from a 4-door to 2-door...I also see the Flex in the 4-door and that is just gross!

I dont mind the blue interior so much. Thats why the wife wants to pair it with white or AMB. The brown interior to me is gross. Primarily the dash color.

To be honest Ill probably swap out the fender flares for black ones no matter what color she gets. I really wish Ford would have added a color match delete option. Would have saved them tons of money.

If you are getting an OBX in Oxford White, those white flares will be money. You may not want them, but there is someone that is looking for white flares (Jay Leno's Bronco for reference). Now, anyone can take their flares to be painted. But if they could get them already done, then there has to be a premium for the convenience. You could ask for their flares with money on top in a swap.

The whole thing with the OBX is the size. The 2dr can pull it off ,whereas the the 4dr can’t. Every time anyone post pictures of the 4dr OBX,the comments start.
When pictures are posted of the 2dr OBX, it’s more of , not bad,I like that etc

To be fair, the comments start with any 4-dr regardless of trim. One is a Bronco and the other is a lifted Flex.

And here is where I will say........"The Base looks better than both of the higher trims." Any 4-Door without Sasquatch = Yuck! Any 4-Door with Sasquatch = Eh, maybe! Any 2-door with/without Sasquatch = Thumbs Up! That's just the way the cookie crumbles.

I really do think its the flares that screw with the "proportions"

I also have an Outer Banks 4-door on reserve.
I wanted the black top, but will settle for the MIC. (Unless the black top is available when it is time to convert my order.)
I also would prefer the black flares, and will likely have mine painted at some point.
I agree with some posters who say that it looks better with the Sasquatch package....the proportions are better......but, I just can't afford the added expense. I also don't plan to take it off road....so it would be prohibitive for just the appearance.
It all comes down to personal taste.
I want the tech conveniences that are available in the OBX.
I'd prefer a 2-door...but I have kids and need the space behind the rear seats.
Additionally....the OBX absolutely looks better in darker colors. My wife is in love with A51, but I am going with the AMB.
