I am not aware of any hinge failures but tailgate failures are pretty common…the Hammer type plates do take some load off the aluminum tailgate…I hope enough that I won’t have trouble hauling rotopax cans on my tailgate…

Aside from fit and finish issues (that are crap) and the one time I lost lockers on the worst trail I’ve taken so far (Barrett’s lake) the only recall I know about on my ‘23 was the rear shock thing (I had already upgraded)…not as bad as the wife’s Alfa for sure…

If ya aren’t going off road the Sasquatch package is completely unnecessary…just bolt on the wheel/tire combo ya like (up to 35”) and cruise around…party on!

Since the broncos look so “unfinished” with the doors off, I have been waiting for someone to make “roadster” inserts and/or ”soft” doors for my 2dr…since that isn’t happening tube doors would be the next option….I can run “open air” about year round at home so they would be kool! Thanks!

Ford sells actual beadlock and trim rings or ya could have your trim rings painted/powdercoated…

Yes the bronco ll is closer to the original than the new 2dr…all the others don’t come close…sure they are all called bronco and have their fans but they are different ballparks…carry on…

It only draws a maximum of 10 amps, so should easily run off the aux curcult…
