  1. Ball clearance question

I have non-SAS Badlands with factory receiver hitch - bought a ball/receiver today and stuck it in and noticed how little clearance there is with my 33" KO2s. I'm upgrading to 35s. Is this a problem?
  2. Why Doesn't Ford use 35" KO2s on Sasquatch instead of Goodyears?

    Question is self-explanatory.
  3. First Edition Wheels

Has anyone seen takeoffs from FE? Looks like they're the same offset as SAS.
  4. Replacement rear floor mats

Forgot to remove my floor mats after taking off doors - any suggestions for minimal mats with a little "heft" to them or otherwise won't fly out (aside from the full-width rubber floor protectors).
  5. Is Ford Service really this bad?!

My first car 40+ years ago was a Ford but this is my first one since. I took it in for its first service and a short list of a few post-sale items to have checked out. They said they were really stacked so could I come back next week to schedule service (mainly oil change and balance). So, I...
  6. Merus Adventure Park, Palo Duro Canyon

More to come.... just got back - it was wonderful.

  8. Rack Alignment With Crossbars

So, with the OEM rails, the crossbar locations are not adjustable - there are a couple of places to mount them, but they can't be adjusted. So.... I bought an inexpensive cargo rack for a trip just to carry stuff like gasoline and dirty rescue boards and such on a road trip and the bars don't...
  9. Brackets for mounting to OEM Roof Rails

Has anyone found a bracket that fits reasonably well to secure against rotation on the OEM roof rails? Particularly the lengthwise rails.
  10. Clearance after installing winch?

I'm considering a Rough Country Hidden Winch on my 2023 Badlands Non-SAS Lux. How much clearance will I lose?
  11. Help... lost bronco bolts for pod lights

Installing pod lights. Like a dummy, I laid my bronco bolts in the gap between the body and the hood while I did some stuff and had to get to work so was in such a hurry I forgot to grab the bolts. Looked everywhere, but think they probably flew off on the freeway between home and work...
  12. Factory roof rack installation

I’m having trouble getting crossbar seated. Ideas?
  13. Idle RPM

For the first 6k miles or so, I had a very quiet VERY CONSISTENT 0.7rpm idle and I could hardly distinguish from start/stop without looking. I'm starting to idle just a tad rougher and now it's consistently 0.8rpm. Not much difference, but a clear step change. Thoughts why? Similar experiences?
  14. Creative “freedom” panel storage in cargo area -- ideas

We need some creative ideas for short term storage of our front panels in cargo area without losing space. Maybe straps and hooks to secure vertically on each side? like so…
  15. Spare Tire Camera Post

Has anyone seen any decals or decorative items for the blank "mostly" circular camera post (where a bronco logo would be on the other tires) ? It looks a little conspicuously devoid of any styling.
  16. Tailgate Hooks/Hangers

Has anyone seen any hooks or hangers to attach things temporarily to the slots in the inside of the tailgate? I can make some with 3d Printer, but am curious what sort of designs work well.
  17. Side Racks for Factory Rails

Has anyone seen anything to enable us to hang side racks from the factory rails? All the ones I've seen have been been for aftermarket roof racks.
  18. 360 camera glitch/calibration

I have a little glitch in my 360 camera system and am wondering if this is a calibration issue or just a limitation of the system based on the asymmetry of the side windows. See below video - while this is a real digital miracle that it works at all, the left side is pretty clean and consistent...
  19. Sta-Bar Disconnect / Articulation --- is it best not to disconnect the sta-bar in some circumstances?

Just had a thought - is it best not to disconnect the sta-bar in some circumstances? For example, when I put a wheel on a high part of an obstacle, I can lift the body to gain clearance over other parts of that obstacle. But, if I have less flex, I raise the body less. Thoughts?
  20. My Bronco at Offroad 101 (Bryan TX)

Hanging with the Jeeps at an off-road course - instructor made this after. If OffRoadeo is all about the experience and learning to know what you and your rig "can" do - this group is about teaching you "how." Looking forward to future classes. If you're in Central/East/Northeast Texas...
