For the first 6k miles or so, I had a very quiet VERY CONSISTENT 0.7rpm idle and I could hardly distinguish from start/stop without looking. I'm starting to idle just a tad rougher and now it's consistently 0.8rpm. Not much difference, but a clear step change. Thoughts why? Similar experiences?

30 seconds after a cold start mine settles down between 0.8 and 0.9

Same, mine has always been at 800rpm. Cold idle at 1,200 for the first minute and a half or so.

Mine's always 800. I use the tach to tell me if ASS is working more than rpm. I do use it off road as a tach

Cold motor is 1,200-1,300 rpm, after 30 seconds or so it drops slowly to about 800rpm. After a few minutes of warming it settles at 500rpm at idle. Pretty consistent after 1000 miles for me. 700 or 800rpm for you is nothing to worry about. Just ECU learning.

800 shortly after cold start, 700 after temperature develops, 600 after significant idling and while driving (2.7 @ 4k miles). After short engine-off stops (not ASS) back to 800 then 600 while driving. After driving for awhile then stopped and idling for turbo lubricated cool-down love (😉) up to 700. The 2.7 Ecoboost makes plenty of neat noises so don’t be alarmed too much. 🙉
