Got a text from my sales rep this morning with a screenshot! I’m pretty sure he’s as excited as I am.

Details:
-Reservation made 3ish days after opening in 2020
-Converted to order 1/20/21
-Given priortity build by dealer, Mitchell Selig Ford
-Production date of 6/14/21 received in April
-Productiin date delay to 6/28/21
-In production 6/22/21
-Window sticker 6/22/21
-Blend date 6/30/21
-Built date of 7/2/22
-Delivery method: Rail
-Expected dealer arrival: 7/30-8/5

Looks like a 1-2 week ship time is more accurate. I haven’t seen one person get it in the delivery window. Most well before it.

Question. What does the date in your window sticker margin say? At the bottom center.

I’d happily take it sooner. Date at bottom center says “6/22/21”. Which, from my understanding, is the date when the window sticker is created. Blend date at the top center is 6/30/21

Have you refreshed it? My understanding is they reprint on day it’s built. Should say 7/2 if this theory is correct.

for a month's delivery time, i wonder how many times it will be lapping the earth. i know trains are slower than trucks (sometimes), but they should make it coast to coast in less than a week... congrats... pictures and videos will be expected explaining all the wonderful discoveries...

I think this is because no one at any real distance being delivered by rail has taken delivery yet.

Mine was completed and shipped 6/27 on its way to UT. Since then it’s made it ~125mi, to Willard, OH. So currently averaging ~21mi per day of Rail travel.

The further you get from the source, I think the more variable and unpredictable Rail transport will be in terms of timing.

At this rate I’d be surprised if mine showed up ahead of my 7/15 delivery window beginning, so Ford’s estimate might be pretty accurate in the end!

My blend date and produced dates are 1-2 days before yours, yet mine hasn't been released for shipment. Holding out hope that it changes between today and tomorrow...Got a camping trip planned for 7/9.

Tracker showed “In Production” on 6/24
Got both the “built” and “shipped” emails on 6/27

Date in sticker’s bottom margin was 6/15 (when it first became available), then 6/23. Then 6/30.

Called Ford marketing customer service line and retrieved my rail car number.

Use CSX rail tracing phone number to trace the rail car. Annoying system, but not really designed for consumers in the first place!
