Tracker showed “In Production” on 6/24
Got both the “built” and “shipped” emails on 6/27

Date in sticker’s bottom margin was 6/15 (when it first became available), then 6/23. Then 6/30.

Called Ford marketing customer service line and retrieved my rail car number.

Use CSX rail tracing phone number to trace the rail car. Annoying system, but not really designed for consumers in the first place!

Just spent 30+ minutes with Ford Customer Service (800-392-3673) to try to get the rail car number. The nice lady said I had to contact my dealer. Unfortunately, I think my dealer thinks the internet and email are a passing fad and is unresponsive, fail (insert sad face here). Any suggestions for tracking my Bronco from Michigan to Washington? TIA

Congratulations! I saw mine updated today as well! I hope they'll roll out soon. Lots of people talking about their builds from the 30th that they haven't heard of anything yet. Fingers crossed everything straightens out soon!

Exactly. I work at a dealership. I just harrass our sales manager(my buddy) everyday for him to check on it for me.

I was a 6/29 build and delivered 7/13, slow train, sat in CSX Depot in western mass for about 7 days as well
