In Ford-speak, "price protection" doesn't necessarily mean zero price change. We need to wait to see the details of how it'll all work. However just saw that there is a price protection for orders placed before Mar 11 2022. Based on that should be in a good spot
Granger may have no allocation, but they have answered me quickly and have been an amazing dealer in every other way... Yet, @Ford Motor Company continues to punish them for offering an otherwise amazing experience.New today,
My dealer SUCKS and has offered no help! Called Ford helpline and they say my order is rolling over to the ‘23. But I’m supposed to go back online and redo my order for a ‘23? OMG I’ve been waiting since ‘21 and don’t have an email or VIN, NOTHING!!! HELP!
Wait what???Well this is unexpected...and welcome news...
Price protection for the HE and also extended to everglades for 2023!
Yup.Wait what???
Woohoo again, what post did that come from, the Ford FAQs?
I didn't even notice those, should be chrome or white ( match the ring/rim)for a contrast there!Justification for the $20k price increase over the the standard HE, they do get the dog dish hubcaps so totally worth it!
Yes I did notice, however, if you select the loop steps, what seems to be the rock rails populate.Anyone else notice the lack of rock rails on the Badlands and Black Diamond? They're missing from the renders, though they're included under Standard Equipment for both in the MY23 Order Guide
I haven't read anything about them being capable.I didn't even notice those, should be chrome or white ( match the ring/rim)for a contrast there!
on a side note, are the heritage wheels beadlock capable like all the other
Sasquatch wheels? doesn't appear to be and not mentioned, seems like that might be a negative for some.
Ford added this color so those who no longer can moan and groan about Cyber Orange will have something else to moan and groan about. LOL.Q: What’s the difference between these Area 51 and Azure Gray builds?
A: $995
The Standard Heritage and Heritage Limited wheels are not bead-lock capable.I didn't even notice those, should be chrome or white ( match the ring/rim)for a contrast there!

That's an interesting take on Hoss 3.0. I would've thought that the stronger steering rack and beefier tie rods would have almost zero effect on ride quality and was there simply to correct parts that were seen as weaknesses, and while the Fox shocks would perform much better while pushing them to their extremes, wouldn't have much of an impact 95% of the time.As I said, my build is exactly $985 more than it was and HOSS 3.0 was $2515. So the difference is $3500 from a 2022 non HOSS 3.0 build. If its coming up $5k difference, the extra $1500 is coming from something else.
And he will get it back in terms of a better ride every single day. Unlike those that buy a Badlands and pay for the electronic sway bar disconnect that they will never use.
The link in the first post works for me, but I had to clear my cache first. I also use Firefox browser. So no one has a working link? All that populates for me is a tiny font and a list of links. Nothing B&P.
