It's interesting, I got the 12/6 build week back on 9/30 for my MY21, but when I go to that backdoor link that was posted in other threads, it shows I'm scheduled for 12/13:

I never received any email from Ford about it being moved. I also feel like I had no business being scheduled, being a day 12 res with a 2 door hardtop 2.7 sas. Still lots of people in day 1 and 2 with similar builds and no VIN.

Dealer allocations may be coming into play. If you're at the top of your dealer's list, you're in!

Hey Guys, just got bumped from 12/6 based on the tracker. Here's my story:

*OBX fully loaded (sasquatch, 4dr, hardtop, lux, tow etc...) reserved 7/14/20 7:45am cst, ordered 1/27/21.
* Pushed to 2022 via an email on 8/13/21.
* Email received on 9/30/21 with vin and 12/6 build week
* constantly checked tracker to confirm build date and all was well (showing 12/6) until today. Pushed to 12/13.

We'll see what happens.

This link never seems to work for me. Mine shows the same as you. Also got an email that shows 12/13 build.
