Joke of the day: called Ford CS and was told their ‘information’ now says ‘microchip on hold.‘ I said that the tracker says it will be delivered 1/30. She said, well, the date didn’t change and it updates daily, so there is still hope that they will get it resolved by 1/30. Why do I put myself through this torture. She said a supervisor can call me in 7-14 days. They told us that before and no one has ever called back. It‘s not funny anymore.

A lot of the 12/6 Build Week OBX and WT's are being told by Ford CS, or our dealers that we are under Microchip hold, however we should see movement in two weeks. Hopefully they are not BS'ing us and we will start to see BUILD notifications in a few weeks. We will see......

I’m a 12/6 Black Diamond and was told the same thing today.

So my Bronco was supposed to be delivered this week but apparently, the train broke down. What kind of luck is that? So they are taking all of the stuff off the train and shipping it by convoy now. I told my dealer that since I'm getting a 2021 Bronco they better give me the 2021 trade-in value on my car that I'm trading in. They agreed but I'm skeptical.

Mine finally got delivered on 01/26 in Surprise AZ. I picked it up yesterday. Just keep holding out guys. It's worth it.

"My dealer said" warning...

My dealer is telling me that their Ford rep has informed them that "everything is ok" with my Bronco and that "there is no issue with the vehicle itself". It is "still coming" and he put a "HOT note" on it so that it gets prioritized.

I do remember someone saying something a while ago about being "hot-listed", but I can't remember who it was or if anything ever came of it. (Can't figure out how to search just this forum.) Sounds like code for tossing the complaint into the circular file to me. I didn't used to be this cynical...

I certainly did mention this. After that post, 4 additional Broncos are now in transit to the dealership while mine sits in production. The dealer ordered 9 of the same models in various colors. 8 have arrived or are in transit. My bronco is sitting in Michigan. Good times….

What was your rail car number? My rail car has been sitting in Belen since yesterday morning with no movement. Curious, maybe the same rail car?
