Ford chat gave me Railcar number TTGX706493 on Canadian national railway but have no idea how to track it further. You guys that got the Ford pass activated are lucky

You can track using these instructions:

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352 (tel:1-800-235-2352)
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say TTGX then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 706493
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report

Note, do not speak to an agent, apparently folks are concerned that speaking to an agent and overwhelming the system may cause us to lose access to rail tracking

Amazing, I can see you are in CA too which gives me hope. Mine's been at the rail yard (I think) for a week or so now. ETA at dealer between today & Monday...unfortunately I will be out of town so won't be able to pick it up until next Saturday

Out of curiousity what mileage was on the odometer? I'm not sure what to expect, I was thinking <10 miles but then above someone has 40ish, what is normal?

It was unloaded in Texas on the 21st. She's taking the scenic route to Colorado. Tracker shows delivery in the next two weeks ish

I feel for all of you that do not have it yet.

I put a set of white/yellow fogs with a white combo in on the 1st weekend. Drove it to St Louis to coach over the past weekend and loved it.....its been getting tint and PPF installed all week and I've been dying to get back into it. Driving the 2008 Ranger after getting to drive the Bronco makes it feel like I'm driving the car from the Flintstones.

Hope the people still waiting get theirs soon.

Happy to report that there were zero surprises at the dealer! Selling price was exactly as communicated and the sales and finance managers made the process so seamless.

I want to thank this forum for keeping me sane throughout this crazy journey, and for equipping me with the knowledge to understand the whole process from start to finish.

Same here. Chalmers Ford in New Mexico gave me zero problems, honored the agreed upon price, had my private offer correct and ready to go. Aaron Flores was my salesman and did a great job.

Also, a great thank you to the forum members for providing all the education needed to see this through.

It took a train to basically Oakland CA and then sat there for a week before making the 30 minute journey to the dealer in Livermore CA! Can’t wait to pick it up!! Yours should be with you soon, any updates??

I just chatted with customer service asking for a new eta. They are totally clueless. They tell me it’s sitting at ramp 4G awaiting the train at the Michigan plant. If i didn’t have the FordPass activated to see that it actually loaded and traveled I’d still be thinking it’s sitting waiting. They don’t have a new date for me of course. It’s only moved since the 22nd but it feels like 3 weeks

No not on the train. It went to flat rock on the Jan 10th and sat there till Monday feb 20th when they brought it back to Wayne. No one could tell me why it sat so long without any holds.
