I think there is an equal or better market out there for some really significant improvements to the Bronco trans software, not just Raptors but ALL Broncos.

I've had some back and forth with ZFG here on this topic.

Neither the Magnuson nor Ford Performance tunes do nearly enough as to what is needed.

Upcoming cooler weather should improve my run hopefully a bit. Kinda wanna borrow some stock c rated 37's off someone local and do a run. For science.

I don't want to rehash our prior "attempted" discussion on this. What exactly had been fixed or improved? Down shift Rev matches & harshness, gear skipping, excessive gear holding, lurching 4 Lo shifts, etc.? Which modes have been improved - Normal, Sport, both, all?

The only thing I've asked Adam to do is eliminate the 1-3 skip shift. Shifting is improved in normal mode though. It's crisper but still very smooth.

downshifting in sport has been improved, but could be better. I get a weird 4-5 hang at part throttle sometimes. Note that a lot of this can be solved with datalogging and revisions and that's solely on me to do (get Adam the data). I got 4-5 hangs and 5-6 hangs on the factory calibration as well as well as the obnoxious downshifts.

I've been meaning to strap my GoPro to my head and get a PoV of some driving around in the different modes. Would be good to show for everyone to see

Verious changes through the transmission tune, there are multiple profiles built into the trans tune that are used by the bronco raptor and they are all tweaked in various ways. I have my own profiles that I use, that I've built over the years, a lot of the base calibration is carried over. Biggest changes are in sport mode to firm it up the shifts and reduce the gear change time.

Excessive gear holding isn't a fault, is the way the shift schedule is setup and change be changed if you so desire. Each drive mode has its owner up shift and down shift schedule.

Congrats! And while I'm not local and am on beadlocks, I'd join you in supporting this run for science... really interested in your results on a non-beadlock wheel with the factory 37's.

I think it's worth a couple or 3 tenths for sure. these e-rated 37's are heavy and the factory non beadlock wheels are a little lighter
