I agree... but Steve Saleen has never been humble with name recognition on his builds.

That placement's pretty common in the desert Tacoma world. They actually hold up well in that spot as the skidplate will hit 99% of the obstacles long before the reservoirs get close, and flying rocks and debris will primarily be behind the front wheels rather than in front.

If Saleen just paid for the rights, than what even is this thing?

That's what I thought too but I had Radflo's for a year that mounted the resi's there and try as I might I could never manage to smack them on anything. Seems a decently safe spot though I tend to like where my Fox resi's are mounted now on the frame on the backside of the wheel well.

Don't know how much I would trust a wing screwed into the MIC top. They tend to crack on their own let alone with the weight of a wing on there. First trip over 90 MPH could rip the damn thing right off.
