Dang so they actually told you when it would be going back down the line? I've been in some sort of QC hold since 9/3 and they will not tell me anything useful.
Do you have the number you reached out to? I got transferred yesterday from Customer Service and promptly got "disconnected." Been stuck in Production since 10/21 with no updates or clarity as to why, when my dealership is steadily getting in Broncos.
Man that is the worst. Silver lining is it will be thoroughly checked out before you received it.

You have incredible luck. This is the first time somebody got actual information from the Ford hotline. I would grab some scratch off tickets, at a minimum.
