Chalk up a win for the peon 8" screen folks, I guess. Don't have to deal with this at all.
My only wish is that there were a "turn screen off" button on the radio/HVAC console. The Sport has one. I have to dig through Sync menus at night - the screen is too bright for me driving, even with brightness turned all the way down

I really would like to be able to get rid of the top and bottom borders when I’m CarPlay to have the map fill the screen from top to bottom. It would be nice if the border info would retract and reappear with the touch of an onscreen button.
