Ford Bronco Bronco 2.7L PandaTuning is HERE! 🚨🔥 BroncoTuningGFX

We’ve been waiting a long time to say this… but it’s finally here. The 2.7L Bronco PandaTune is officially live, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you guys!

The Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost comes from the factory already packing serious strength and capability, making it an impressive platform right out of the gate, but we knew there was way more hiding under the hood. Now, with our custom tuning powered by the HP Tuners RTD device, you can unlock serious performance, sharper drivability, and the kind of support you’d expect from a team that actually cares about your build.

Why a PandaTune?

We don’t just chase big dyno numbers for bragging rights. Every tune we put out is built around our three core Pillars of Tuning: performance, reliability, and safety. That means we push your Bronco to perform harder while keeping it consistent and safe for the long haul.

This isn’t some “fire and forget” tune either. We back everything with data, testing, and real-world driving. If we wouldn’t run it in our own rigs, it doesn’t leave the shop. Simple as that.

Want to learn more about what makes PandaTuned different and how we can transform your Bronco? Click here to read more

The RTD: Remote Tuning Made Easy

Forget the clunky old-school devices. The HP Tuners RTD is sleek, simple, and powerful. You plug in, connect through your phone with the Tune Delivery Network (TDN) app, and in just a few taps you’re flashing your Bronco with a proven tune.

Want to log data? Easy. Need to share info with us? It’s all stored in the cloud and sent straight to our calibrator. The RTD is built on the same hardware as HP Tuners’ pro-level MPVI3, so you’re getting serious tools in a customer-friendly package.

Real People, Real Support

Here’s where we really stand out: when you buy a tune from us, you get a tune ticket, which is basically a direct line to our calibrator. No faceless support queues, no “we’ll get back to you someday.” You’ve got a real person helping you through the process, answering questions, reviewing logs, and making sure your setup is running at it's best.

Our average response time? 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 CST). We know you’re excited to get back behind the wheel, and we don’t leave you hanging.

Dyno-Proven Gains

So let’s talk numbers. On our test Bronco, bone stock aside from an Injen intake and rolling on 35s, we saw 55 horsepower and 52 lb-ft of torque under the curve, with peak gains of +32 HP and +40 TQ on 91 octane fuel.

And let us tell you… it feels GOOD. The torque comes on harder, throttle response is sharper, and the whole truck just feels alive. And the best part? These gains were octane-limited. On 93 octane, there’s even more headroom waiting to be tapped.

What’s Next

This tune is squared away and ready for the road, but you know us, we’re not stopping here. We’re already working with higher octane fuel and popular bolt-on mods to push the platform even further. The Bronco aftermarket is exploding, and we’re right there testing, refining, and dropping new options so you can keep taking your build to the next level. Be sure to stay tuned to this thread, as we will be posting all updates here.

We’ve been itching to release this, and we’re stoked that it’s finally out in the wild. If you’re ready to transform your Bronco 2.7L, the time is here! Proven gains, easy-to-use hardware, and real support from a team that’s as obsessed with performance as you are.

Hit us up, grab an RTD, and let’s get you PandaTuned! 🐼⚡

As a thank-you to the Bronco community, we’re giving forum members a deal you won’t see anywhere else. The first 15 customers who purchase an RTD device will receive our custom Bronco tune for FREE. That’s over $250 in savings on a tune built specifically to bring out the best in your Bronco.

This is more than a discount, it’s your chance to be part of the process. We want your feedback. Tell us how it feels climbing hills, pulling onto the highway, or winding down a backroad. Your input helps us fine-tune our work and keep delivering the best for the Bronco community.

This is a limited, one-time deal! Once 15 spots are gone, they’re gone. Don’t miss your chance to unlock the full potential of your Bronco

The ford performance tune allows us to keep auto engine feature always in the last saved position so that we don't have to turn it off every time we start the Bronco. This is a massive benefit to the for official ford performance tune. Does this also allow us to have that as well?

Yes! We disable it by default on our custom tunes.

I do believe the Ford ProCal actually got rid of the feature to disable auto start-stop on the 2024+ model years to comply with the 50 State CARB approval,.

Once a custom tune is installed, can the app still be used to update tire sizes as needed or any other changes unrelated to custom tuning by the user without having to have Panda go in every time a change is needed? Tire size being one or gearing.

Another example would be like a steering rack. Looking to install the upgraded steering rack from Ford which requires a ProCal to update whatever system it needs to interact with. Do not want to have to buy 2 tuners etc. Canned tunes are safe and decent but a custom tune is always better for what your specific vehicle can dish out. Or is Panda able to go in later to help program the rack?

Also, I may have missed it or didn't catch it since I only glanced over the page real quick, but included in the pricing from the link provided above is the remote custom tuning, the device, and the app?

E85 tune? If yes, can the tune interchange between 91/93 octane map and e85 map depending on what it reads from the tank? Kinda like the Mustang tunes can swap on the fly.

Sadly not you will have to have us adjust with the RTD Device but no problem doing so and with the savings gives you a lot of room for upgraded tunes and more mods to get to retail :) I agree custom tuning is always better especially after adding MODS and more go fast goodies!

I am not sure the steering rack will be something we can adjust on the RTD device. Ford Procal might be one of the only tuning devices that can do that. Seems you will need FDRS (Dealership) & Forscan if not using the Procal from my findings.

Regarding fuel: these platforms are not true Flex Fuel vehicles. An ethanol tune and a pump gas (91/93) tune would be separate maps. Some tuners allow it to adjust on the fly by referencing O2 sensor feedback, but that data is already post-combustion. We don’t recommend that approach, since our tuning philosophy is reliability first—we prefer to provide you with dedicated, tested maps to ensure safe performance.

You know why... that is exactly what I was going to mention.... I think their tune is good. That is a little bit of making the numbers look good though UNLESS the untuned run was on the SAME tires and wheels... Which it might have been BUT it LOOKS like a bit of cheating.... Do not know.
