That is actually pretty good idea and seems well executed. 2 questions:

1. Does it work for both the MIC and MOD tops?
2. Does the Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee & Warranty cover replacing the new top when I inevitably forgot that the top is open and stowed and I drive into my garage?

Nio way would I take a top that is already prone to failure and add hinges and being flipping top pieces around on it. Just creating a new area on the top for stress.

Once you install this option, can you still remove the two separate front panels from the mid panel? So when you remove the mid paddle, it’s not that heavy, or are those two panels permanently attached to the mid panel?
