If your truck came with the factory 8″ screen, this is one of the biggest interior upgrades you can make. Infotainment offers a factory-style 12″ Sync 4 Navigation upgrade designed specifically for 2021–2023 Ford Broncos. This upgrade replaces the smaller 8″ display with the large factory 12″ screen found in higher-trim models, completely transforming the look and functionality of your dashboard.

Why Upgrade to the 12″ Sync 4 Screen?

The factory 8″ screen works, but once you see the 12″ display in person, it’s hard to go back. The larger screen gives you more usable space for navigation, media, cameras, and vehicle settings all in a modern and premium layout.

You’ll get:
  • A much larger, more immersive display
  • Split-screen capability and 3D navigation maps
  • Better visibility for backup and 360° cameras
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto

Key Features
  • 12″ OEM-style Sync 4 touchscreen display
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay™ & Android Auto™
  • Built-in GPS navigation with turn-by-turn directions
  • Pinch-to-zoom mapping with 3D North American maps
  • Plug-and-play design (no extra hardware required)
  • Bezel color options (black or silver) to match your interior
Installation Overview
Overall difficulty is manageable for DIYers with basic tools just take your time and follow the step-by-step install video.

Once installed, the 12″ screen completely changes the interior feel of the Bronco. The display boots instantly, wireless CarPlay/Android Auto connects automatically, and the camera views look dramatically better compared to the stock 8″ screen.

I’m man enough to let 8” suffice. It’s the same functionality as the 12”, right? $2800 plus ripping out dash panels? Ouch. I kinda like the small screen and the reduced interior light pollution compared to the 12. If it was $1000 I might bite

My Badlands Lux with the signature headlights, 12" screen, 360 degree cameras, adaptive cruise control, heated steering wheel, garage door opener, B&O stereo, extra USB ports and all the other goodies seems even more like a wise purchase. Between this 12" upgrade and the headlights in another post, everything else was "free". :)

When I bought my 2dr BL in ‘21 I was tryna keep it under 50k. So my options were tow package, mid package, and 2.7 motor. 48k sticker. My trade in value is probably 28- 32k six years later .

Likewise, but with the high package. Didn't want most of the Lux extras especially the extra Lux price 🤠

Back in the pre-order days, I made a case for why the 12" screen was the way to go. I mentioned that when I was buying an Escape back in 2013, there was a base 5" screen and an 8" upgrade. After a few years, the base 5" looked downright tiny compared to what was being offered on cars. Plus, the larger screen was much more usable. I figured the base screen on the Bronco would look small before long, and that was before seeing how the bezel surrounding it makes it look like something better was meant to be there. Fast-forward a few years later, Ford doesn't even offer the smaller screen anymore.

Totally understand pricing is an important factor, especially with these types of upgrades. However, we do offer 15% off for Bronco6G members with the exclusive code bronco6g15. We also have Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm, Klarna, Apple Pay Later, and PayPal Credit. Plus, we run a Trade-In Program where you can send us your original factory module and get cash back when you upgrade.

If you’re having to ‘finance’ or pay-over-time to purchase an accessory, you probably shouldn’t be buying it in the first place 🤷‍♂️. Cash is king 🤴

I have had a couple of friends looking to buy used Broncos and the 8-inch screen is a deal breaker. I got the "high" package on my 21 Wildtrak which gave me the big screen (no B&O but that's another story). Upgrading these earlier base and mid package Bronco screens might help their resale value. Probably not by $3k, but something.
